Regalia
For any questions regarding Regalia, please contact Regalia Craft directly: info@regaliacraft.com.au.
Please note: Graduates need to return their Regalia to the Regalia Craft stall after their ceremony.
Deadline to order Regalia: Friday 19th of April 2024.
Graduate Tickets
Graduands need to register to attend the Ceremony, but will not receive their Graduand tickets until 24 hours prior to the ceremony start time. Please ensure to check the day before Graduation for your Graduand Ticket (which will also have your seat number), which will be texted or emailed to you.
When you arrive
Students to head to the Riverside Theatre on Level 2 of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre at least one hour before the ceremony begins. Students to have their ticket ready on their phone or printed to be scanned into the ceremony hall. All graduands must be seated no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony commences.
Guests Tickets
Please ensure your guests bring their tickets with them on the day. All guests are to be seated in the Theatre at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the ceremony.
GFP are not authorised to allocate extra guest tickets please contact your university directly.
If you or your guests require special assistance (e.g. wheelchair access) during the ceremony, please email written requests to events@nd.edu.au

Ticket Information
Can I apply for or buy guest tickets for my graduation ceremony?
Note that you can only register if you have been emailed the Graduation Invitation. Guest tickets are limited to four per graduate. If more tickets are available, you'll be notified two weeks prior to the ceremony.
Guest Ticket Info
Guests may enter the ceremony one hour before the ceremony begins. All guests should be seated 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the ceremony and remain seated until the conclusion of the ceremony.
Family Audiences
Children will require a ticket if they are going to occupy a seat. Guests two and older will be required to hold a ticket. Please leave your strollers at home, as you can't bring them into the theatre due to access and safety regulations.

Stage Photography
GFP professional photography team will capture your moment on stage.
Prints including the university logo, border and year of graduation are available for purchase at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Your stage photo will also be available to view and purchase through our website following your ceremony.

Framing & Plaques
Add the finishing touch to your degree certificate with a ready to hang frame or plaque.
Our on-the-spot framing service provides a professional option with a choice of mat colours, custom designed for your University award.
Our plaques, available in Gold or Silver, can be mounted to a variety of bases and are a wonderful way to display your certificate at home or the office.
