Regalia
For any questions regarding Regalia, please contact Regalia Craft directly: info@regaliacraft.com.au
Please note: Graduates need to return their Regalia to the Regalia Craft stall after their ceremony.

Graduate Tickets

Graduands need to register to attend the Ceremony, but will not receive their Graduand tickets until 24 hours prior to the ceremony start time. Please ensure to check the day before Graduation for your Graduand Ticket (which will also have your seat number), which will be texted or emailed to you.

When you arrive

Go to the registration desk on level 2 of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre at least one hour before the ceremony begins to register your attendance.  All graduands must be seated no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony commences.

Graduation Documents

Your digital My eQuals documents (AHEGs, final transcript, and digital testamur) will be uploaded in the weeks following the Graduation Ceremony. You will be sent details to your student email account with information on how to access your documents. Your username will be your
(student ID number)@my.nd.edu.au i.e. 12345@my.nd.edu.au. Please note, your graduation documents cannot be made available until after your degree is conferred at graduation.

Guests Tickets

Please ensure your guests bring their tickets with them on the day. All guests are to be seated in the Theatre at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the ceremony.

GFP are not authorised to allocate extra guest tickets please contact your university directly.

If you or your guests require special assistance (e.g. wheelchair access) during the ceremony, please email written requests to events@nd.edu.au

Ticket Information

Can I apply for or buy guest tickets for my graduation ceremony?
Note that you can only register if you have been emailed the Graduation Invitation. Guest tickets are limited to four per graduate. If more tickets are available, you'll be notified two weeks prior to the ceremony.

Guest Ticket Info
Guests may enter the ceremony one hour before the ceremony begins. All guests should be seated 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the ceremony and remain seated until the conclusion of the ceremony.

Family Audiences
Children will require a ticket if they are going to occupy a seat. Guests two and older will be required to hold a ticket. Please leave your strollers at home, as you can't bring them into the theatre due to access and safety regulations.

Graduating in Absentia?
If you are not attending the Graduation ceremony, you will be able to collect your Testamur from the Fremantle Student Administration Office (ND1) located at 19 Mouat Street from Wednesday 11 October 2023 onwards. Alternatively, you can arrange postage of your testamur AFTER Graduation. 
You will be emailed instructions on how to pay for postage of your testamur on approximately Wednesday 11 October. Please do not contact our Student fees office prior to Wednesday 11 October. Your digital My eQuals documents will be uploaded the same as attending students.
